Reduce Stress – Tip 1 – Remember to Breathe

As business owners, balancing work and home life can oftentimes be stressful. Some days the stress comes on as a slight headache; on other days it could be full-blown anxiety. Whether the stress is small or large, it has a major affect on our mind and our body. So, how can you reduce stress? Over the next few days I will be posting six tips for you to try the next time you are feeling a bit stressed out. To start you out, here is tip numero uno:

Breathing- Deep breathing relaxes the body and quiets the mind.
